Fractal Quantum Compute –

Enabling A New Class of Government Applications

Demonstration Projects:

To show the power of Fractal quantum-speed technology, Fractal builds demonstration systems using public data:

Federal Election Commission System

The FEC runs a giant database of 680,000,000 records – every contribution from every source for every federal candidate since 1975.

This system consumes a large data center with scores of employees.

Fractal runs the entire FEC system, all 680,000,000 on a computer you can hold in your hand – running at 200 million transactions per second, accessible from your phone.

It is supported by a single engineer, in his spare time.

2.7 Billion Records of U.S. Voters

Fractal maintains the largest collection of voter identification records ever built.

The Fractal system maintains the voter records from over 20 states, every voter, multiple elections. While there are only 160,000,000 U.S. voters, Fractal takes “snapshots” of them on different dates – tracking their movement.

Thus, 2.7 billion records – run from a phone, on a computer you can put in your lap.
